Music: Tempting Fate

Tempting Fate

Background

After leaving A&M Records and disbanding Spooky due to contractual obligations and restrictions, Duncan embarked on recording a solo album.

The first single "Skelectro" was released on Dust To Dust by good friend Massimo Bonaddio who Duncan had met through his DJ residency at Funkt in Brixton.

The album was then released on Deviant by the late Rob Deacon (RIP Rob) who had been a good friend since early Spooky days.

Laurant Webb helped him to record and finish the album in Duncan’s studio in London.

A fusion of breakbeat and techno reflected in the sounds of Duncan’s DJ sets at that time, when had monthly residencies Dj-ing in Prague and London.
